Soup with spicy chicken and cauliflower

Ingredients:

    • 1 liter (2 jars) Wishbone Chicken Bone Broth
    • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
    • 1 small cauliflower, diced
    • 2 spring onions, sliced
    • 1 red chili pepper, sliced
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Implementation:

        • Heat the chicken bone broth in a saucepan and add the cauliflower pieces.

        • Implementation:

        • Lower the heat and simmer until the cauliflower is soft (about 15 minutes).

        • Mix in the chopped chicken, spring onions, chilli and coriander. Cook until the chicken is heated through.

        • Add salt and pepper to taste.

        • Serve and enjoy.
